I have verizon and just changed phones using the free online help. I don't have a sims card, but am registered for verizon backup online. Can I transfer my contacts to the new phone?How do I transfer contacts and pics on different phone?
Yes, if you have Backup Assistant, just go to the Media Center...Browse and Download. Once you're connected, you'll find Backup Assistant under Best Sellers. Just download it, and put in the pin number you chose (if you forgot it, at that screen, there's a way to have it sent to your new phone), and it'll put all your contacts in.
