there are two ways
one way is to go to the verizon store
the other way is to call the customer service number which is *611 on ur phone or call the other number which is (800) 922-0204 and tell them that u want to switch ur phones and they will lead u along the way the number is open from Monday-Sunday 6am-11pm

You might be able to just swap the sim cards. They are usually under the battery in the phone. Not sure if verizon uses them or now though.
