Your question is a little confusing. But I'm assuming your phone company provides your internet service and e-mail. Well in that case, you're not going to lose the files on your computer. But definitely you might lose your e-mail if you use the account provided by the phone company (ISP). To prevent that some e-mails provide the option of downloading your e-mail messages intoa compressed zip format (in e-mail options, like yahoo provided sbc, or att e-mail). If you know how to use pop3 in e-mail, you can configure your local e-mail application on your computer (such as outlook) to download your e-mails to your computer from the e-mail provider.
