How do i switch verizon phones without going to store or using the verizon store online?

i want like a certain website that will give me an easy way to change phones. nothing with the verizon web sites or stores.How do i switch verizon phones without going to store or using the verizon store online?
You can dial *228 send and choose option 3 from the phone you're wanting to put on your account. It will ask the verification questions but will then change the phone over while your on the phone and program it as well. It's a good idea to have your old phone powered off while you're programming your new one.

you can only use the verizon website if you sign up for My Verizon. you can also call (not sure about that) or go into the store. i have my verizon (activate my verizon with the main number on the account) and i can switch phones whenever i want in less then 2 minutes
