How to change phones with T-mobile?

Ok so we have a family plan (with my mom and 2 sisters). We all got the same phone this summer and signed up for a 2-year contract at the same time. We used the deal online where you get the phone for free if you sign up for the new contract.



But I have my eye on a different phone (the Blackberry Curve to be exact). It is $99 after signing up for the 2-year contract. But since we just renewed our contract this summer, it is still going on. What should I do to get this phone?

Not likely that T-Mo will exchange it but you can call and ask. The other option is to buy one. Be careful buying on eBay, lots of scammers who sell refurbs, used as new, and knock-offs.
