If you already own the phone that you want to switch to, then it doesn't cost a thing. Just put the sim card from the old phone into the new phone. Are you ready for your 2 year upgrade? If so it's only what the price of the phone is for the two year upgrade. If you go to a verizon store they'll say you have a mail in rebate but if you get to BestBuy all the rebates are taken off of the phones and you won't have to wait 3-6 weeks for your money back.
