I have the env3 but my friend is giving me her env touch. will verizon charge me to switch my information from my env 3 to her env touch?How much does verizon charge to change phones?
You can register on verizonwireless.com and activated and back up all your information like that and that should work. If you go to the store they shouldn't charge you anything. Depending where you go cause there are Verizon's that are indepently operated and can charge you for things that Verizon themselves wouldn't charge for.
