You log into your verizonwireless.com account and make sure you're under the information for your phone number. On the right hand side of the screen there's a section called %26quot;quick links%26quot; and then click on the link under that called %26quot;activate my phone%26quot;. It'll take you through a couple of steps...and it'll ask you for a number that's on the back of the phone you want to transfer to.
