How do you change Verizon phones?

-Im looking to buy a Verizon phone off Ebay or something and I dont know How to switch phones without a sims card,Since Verizon doesnt have them.And my dad pays my phone bill so I have no clue. Please Help.How do you change Verizon phones?

When you get the new phone dial *228 and select option 3. You will need your phone number and any account password that might be on the account. A few minutes later. All done and enjoy you r new phone.
