How much would a Droid cost when i change phones?

Im buying it off amazon and i have the enV touch right now. I know that the internet fee is $30 a month but im wondering what the total is to get the phone set up and ready to go. Can i just bring it to verizon and they will transfer everything over?How much would a Droid cost when i change phones?
