Can i change phone # on a go phone?

My niece moved here from TX w/ an AT%26amp;T Go Phone. She wants to get a local ( FL) area code. Can she do this? Do they charge? How to go about it?

It depends if your phone i under con track or not. if she is. go to a Servis provider. tell them that you want to change your servis to were your living at. if you pay by the minis. you probably half to get a new number. when you go to put your new mints in you phone. . tell them the that were you live at. that you need a loco number.hope this helps. bye.
