sometimes automatically, sometimes it auto dates to the beginning of the next billing cycle. What you may want to do is power off the phone and wait about a minute and then power it back on. If the feat was not active on the act when made the changes online, then when you power up you should be able to text. If not, then i would call your provider and inquire about the changes that were made online to make sure they took place then and there. if not they will be able to change for you.Change Phone Details....?
