Ordering AT&T Refurbrished phones?

I'm ordering an ATT refurbished phone. I've gone through the steps and stuff but when I get to the part where you put your addresss in it has a question about changing phone numbers?

I just want the phone so I can put my sim card in..Could anyone tell me how to? Thanks!Ordering AT%26amp;T Refurbrished phones?

If you just want the phone you will need to either sign into your my wireless account and click on upgrade. Then you can get into the listing of phones, if your eligible for the discount it will show the discounted rates if not it will show the full price for the phone even the refurb ones.

if your having any problems please call customer care at 1-800-331-0500 they can give you the correct pricing and order the phone for you over the phone or get you to the Estore to have some help with ordering online.Ordering AT%26amp;T Refurbrished phones?
Better ask AT%26amp;T Customer Support about this before you finish the transaction. Just tell them you want to keep your exisiting number. Should work just by swapping out the SIM when the newer phone arrives. But you might ask first.Ordering AT%26amp;T Refurbrished phones?
its not possible online.the only way you can buy a att phone without a sims card is at a store.the only way to get the online discounts is to get a new number if your already with att.it is free activation.even though you have to purchase one like that you can still put your own sims card in it when you get it.ime telling you this from experiance.
