How hard is it to change your cell phones housing yourself?

I have a motorola V220, and i want to change the housing completely, to black. I want to do this myself, is it hard to do? If it is too hard, how much should it cost to have cingular do it? or another phone place ?How hard is it to change your cell phones housing yourself?
im not changing my cellphone's housing by myself, cause first it's hard, and second, some of the parts might get damaged... so i ask some callphone shops to do it for me...it just costs me around 200 including the housing that i bought in their shop...How hard is it to change your cell phones housing yourself?

It may not be hard but most likely requires a hard to find and expensive keyed screwdriver to open it. Cingular may overcharge. At least in the states where I live there are always a bunch of cheap-o cell phone accessory stands in the mall and the guys are more than happy to perform the task for you. I would never pay more than $15.00 maybe. But I don't go for looks in a phone I go for functionality.How hard is it to change your cell phones housing yourself?
Do you have any malls where you live? I know that the malls by me have these cell phone stands that sell different faces for cell phones. They're not that expensive. They maybe go for a maximum of $20 and the people that sell you them change it for you and show you how to do it yourself. It's very easy I just can't explain it in words.

But, yeah go and find a cell phone stand where they sell these things and i'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.
